Job summary

Bytewize IT Consulting seeks Specialist Technicians to provide technical support for the Department of Education under the TSSP program in Melbourne. The role covers enterprise IT services across schools and learning environments.

The position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably within education or TSSP, and includes managing Windows/Linux servers, Hyper-V, cloud services, 1:1 and BYOD deployments, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year industry experience, including TSSP or education sector, or equivalent enterprise experience.
• Not entry-level positions; relevant credentials required.
• Experience with planning/deploying 1:1 and BYOD in enterprise environments is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Managing the IT infrastructure within Department of Education schools.
• Administration of school network and server infrastructure and providing ICT support to staff and students in large ICT learning environments.
