The successful candidate will drive disaster recovery, oversee budgeting, and mentor staff while collaborating with Curriculum Leadership to meet educational technology goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage IT helpdesk staff and lead by example in a safe, secure environment.
• Ability to define, deliver and support strategic IT plans for school-wide technology adoption.
• Research and recommend IT strategies by evaluating outcomes and trends with Curriculum Leadership.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and networking with peers.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT helpdesk staff and recruit/train IT employees.
• Define, deliver and support strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
• Direct technological research aligning with school goals and user projects.
• Coordinate resources and timelines to complete IT projects.
• Maintain disaster recovery and information security controls.
• Lead IT governance and budgeting processes with school leadership.
• Serve as first line contact for major out-of-hours network issues.
• Collaborate on curriculum objectives with school leadership.
• Chair IT meetings with School Management team.
