Job summary

Marine Energy Systems Pty on the Gold Coast seeks a reliable, customer-focused order processing specialist to oversee online orders from start to finish. You will communicate with customers, maintain efficient systems, and support warehouse operations in a busy marine parts shop.

Responsibilities

• Oversee online orders from multiple Shopify platforms.
• Picking, packing, maintaining warehouse inventory & taking stock checks.
• Website entries, updating and general online shop maintenance.
• Communicating with customers (email & phone) professionally.
• Communicating with suppliers and freight carriers to ensure smooth operations.
• Receiving orders into warehouse and sorting.

We are a premier marine engine parts supplier with a shop and warehouse in the Boat Works Marina in Coomera. We are seeking to grow our team with a reliable, customer focused person. Full time, long term position overseeing online order processing from start to finish, communicating with customers and ensuring efficient systems are maintained. As such, we prefer a candidate seeking stable, long term employment in a friendly environment.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm.

Weekend work available if desired (not necessary).

Qualifications & experience

Well natured team player
