Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) is seeking an eCommerce Trade Specialist – Creative to drive daily online performance across our Creative & Craft categories. In a hybrid setup, you’ll own onsite merchandising, campaigns, and data-driven site optimization to boost sales.

You’ll collaborate with merchandisers, digital marketing, and UX/UI teams to align stock and promotions while turning insights into commercial wins.

Qualifications

1–3 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce trading, digital merchandising, or online category coordination.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, CMS, and Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Solid understanding of core eCommerce KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, traffic, margin) and how to influence them.
Ability to turn performance data into immediate, practical website improvements.
Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, proactive approach.

Responsibilities

Onsite Merchandising: Optimise product listing pages (PLPs), PDPs, and site navigation for a high-converting journey.
Campaign & Trading Execution: Run promotional campaigns and seasonal launches across the website.
Performance Analysis: Track and report on sales, conversion, AOV, and gross margin to identify trends.
Data to Action: Review site search, traffic, and sales data to uncover quick wins and improve discovery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align stock, promotions, and online presentation with other teams.
