Adore Beauty Group in Melbourne is seeking an eCommerce Trade Manager on a 12-month maternity leave contract to own how our website trades, performs and evolves. Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, you’ll lead a small eCommerce team and partner with Marketing, Merchandise, Planning, CX, Product and Technology to deliver an exceptional customer experience and strong commercial outcomes.

This hands-on role covers onsite merchandising, conversion, analytics, promotions and campaign execution.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day trading and performance of Adore Beauty’s website.
• Manage onsite tools: search, merchandising, promotions, content, navigation and reviews.
• Create landing pages and collections to bring campaigns to life.
• Continuously optimise the onsite experience to boost conversions.
• Lead CRO initiatives: test, learn, and translate insights into action.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, CX, Product and Technology on campaigns.
• Troubleshoot issues pre-launch and ensure campaigns are ready.
