Qualifications
- Experience within retail eCommerce and/or digital marketing.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of online customer journeys.
- Proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Own the eCommerce performance of your category portfolio, analysing sales, traffic and conversion.
- Influence product launches and range reviews with a customer-focused lens.
- Improve navigation and product visibility to create easier shopping journeys.
- Collaborate with Merchandise, Marketing, Data and Product teams to drive online performance.
- Translate insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
