Job summary

Bunnings Warehouse is seeking an experienced eCommerce Specialist to own the online performance of a portfolio of categories across Bunnings' websites and apps. Use data and customer insights to uncover opportunities, influence decisions and improve discoverability, conversion and the overall online shopping experience.

Qualifications

Experience in retail eCommerce or digital marketing.
Strong commercial acumen with retail trading rhythms.
Excel skills and data analysis capability.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with Google Analytics, Jira and Confluence is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own online performance of assigned categories across websites and apps.
Analyse sales, traffic, conversion and customer behaviour to identify opportunities.
Contribute to category reviews and launches with data-driven insights.
Improve navigation and product visibility to enhance shopping journeys.
Support promotional campaigns and key trading events online.
