Job summary

Tapestry ANZ is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to join our Sydney Support Office and drive online trading performance across Coach and Kate Spade ANZ. You will own day-to-day trading, website management, merchandising and sales performance for Kate Spade online, while supporting Coach channels.

You'll collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Product, Creative and Customer Service to deliver engaging online experiences, optimise product content and lead performance reporting and initiatives across ANZ.

Qualifications

2-3 years' experience in Ecommerce, Digital Trading, Online Merchandising or a similar role.
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with performance reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day website trading, content updates and promotional launches.
Merchandise products and optimise product content to improve conversion and customer experience.
Monitor sales performance, demand plans and trading results, identifying risks and opportunities.
Enrich product data by reviewing and updating product descriptions, features, and imagery to meet brand standards and enhance conversion.
Lead the weekly trade re-forecasting process and present key performance drivers, risks and opportunities in the weekly trade meetings.
Conduct website QA, UAT testing and promotional audits.
Partner with inventory, marketing, customer service and global teams to support ecommerce initiatives.
Coordinate digital assets and website content in line with campaign calendars.
