Job summary

Tapestry is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a portfolio of Coach stores across Queensland and New Zealand. You will drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence while developing high‑performing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Lead multiple store formats, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with leadership teams to execute strategic business plans in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers across multiple locations to deliver sales, profitability and operational outcomes.
• Drive regional sales performance through data-led decision making and execution of business strategies.
• Partner with Store Managers to create and implement store-specific business plans aligned to brand and regional priorities.
• Ensure consistent delivery of customer experience, visual merchandising and brand standards across all store formats.
• Monitor KPIs including sales, productivity, labour, customer service, inventory and profitability.
• Lead recruitment, talent development, succession planning and performance management across the region.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety, stock management and loss prevention standards.
• Collaborate with Retail Leadership and Support Office teams to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and deliver sustainable growth.

We're seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a portfolio of Coach stores across Queensland and New Zealand, driving commercial success, exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and people development across Outlet, Retail and Concession channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers across multiple locations to deliver sales, profitability and operational outcomes.
• Drive regional sales performance through data-led decision making and execution of business strategies.
• Partner with Store Managers to create and implement store-specific business plans aligned to brand and regional priorities.
• Ensure consistent delivery of customer experience, visual merchandising and brand standards across all store formats.
