Job summary

Ecommerce Specialist at Tapestry ANZ will join our Sydney Support Office to drive online trading performance, customer experience, and digital growth across Coach and Kate Spade in Australia and New Zealand. You’ll manage day-to-day trading, website operations and content updates while collaborating with Marketing, CRM, Product, Creative and Customer Service teams.

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, ANZ, you’ll lead merchandising, content enrichment, and weekly trade forecasting to unlock

Qualifications

2–3 years in Ecommerce or digital trading.
Strong ability to interpret sales and performance data.
Experience managing ecommerce platforms and content.
Advanced Excel skills with performance reporting.
Highly organised with attention to detail.
Thrives in fast-paced retail with multiple priorities.
Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day website trading and content updates.
Merchandise products and optimise content to improve conversion.
Monitor sales performance and trading results; identify risks and opportunities.
Update product data to meet brand standards.
Lead weekly trade re-forecasting and present KPIs.
Conduct website QA, UAT testing and audits.
Coordinate assets and website content with campaign calendars.
Collaborate with inventory, marketing and customer service.
