Job summary

COACH is seeking an Area Manager for NSW to lead a portfolio of retail and outlet stores, driving sales, customer experience, and operational excellence across the ANZ region.

You will coach Store Managers, implement store-specific plans, and ensure brand standards while nurturing high-performing teams and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site retail leadership experience with a strong track record of driving sales and operational results.
• Experience in managing various retail channels e.g Outlet, speciality stores and concession.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Adaptable, organised and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers to deliver sales, profitability and operational outcomes.
• Drive regional sales performance through data-led decision making and execution of business strategies.
• Partner with Store Managers to create and implement store-specific business plans.
• Ensure consistent delivery of customer experience, visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Monitor KPIs including sales, productivity, labour, customer service, inventory and profitability.
• Lead recruitment, talent development, succession planning and performance management across the region.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety, stock management and loss prevention standards.
• Create, monitor, and manage budgets for each store, ensuring targets are met and expenses are measured/ controlled.
• Collaborate with Retail Leadership and Support Office teams to achieve business objectives.
