Job summary

Coach, a brand within Tapestry, is seeking an Area Manager to lead a portfolio of NSW stores and drive commercial success, customer experiences and people development. You will coach Store Managers, deliver sales growth, and ensure brand standards across multi-channel environments.

Responsibilities include building store business plans, managing budgets, analysing KPIs, and partnering with regional leaders to execute strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site retail leadership experience
• Experience managing various retail channels e.g. Outlet, speciality stores and concession
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and developing high-performing teams
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to analyse data and identify growth opportunities
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills
• Adaptable, organised and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Lead recruitment, talent development, succession planning and performance management across the region.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety, stock management and loss prevention standards.
• Create, monitor, and manage budgets for each store, ensuring targets are met and expenses are measured/ controlled.
• Collaborate with Retail Leadership and Support Office teams to achieve business objectives.
