Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in ecommerce, digital trading, or online merchandising within a retail or consumer business.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify/Shopify Plus or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce trading metrics (CVR, AOV, revenue, traffic).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day ecommerce trading against revenue, conversion, and customer experience targets; execute the promotional/trading calendar with Merchandising and Marketing.
• Monitor key metrics (revenue, CVR, AOV, UPT, traffic, margin) and deliver weekly/monthly trading reports with insights and recommendations.
• Manage onsite merchandising, category optimisation, product launches, promotions, and content updates to maximise commercial performance.
• Coordinate website testing and optimisation initiatives; measure outcomes and recommend next steps.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team across cross‑functional partners (Merchandise, Marketing, CRM, Customer Experience, Retail).
