Job summary

Arrow Group Recruitment is seeking an Ecommerce Technology & Performance Manager to lead the client’s ecommerce ecosystem and translate digital capability into measurable commercial outcomes. You will own platform design, performance, and integrations while guiding a small team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing an Ecommerce team.
• Experience with Shopify or a comparable enterprise ecommerce platform.
• Experience with Klaviyo or comparable CRM and marketing automation platform
• Working knowledge of website development, frontend technologies, platform configuration, APIs, and systems integrations.
• Ability to undertake direct programming, scripting, troubleshooting and technical testing.
• Knowledge of online product listing workflows, stock control, customer service processes and fulfillment operations.
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation, ecommerce growth levers and online customer behaviour.
• Working knowledge of technical and on‑page SEO best practice.
• Experience with analytics, tag management, tracking frameworks and data interpretation.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, privacy and access controls.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing team members.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, project and priority‑management skills.
• Experience in apparel, retail, manufacturing, teamwear or a multi‑site ecommerce environment.
• Experience preparing business cases and implementing new ecommerce technology.
• Formal qualification in ecommerce, digital, information technology, marketing, business or a related field.
