Job summary

TPG Telecom's Ecommerce Manager role focuses on owning the ecommerce strategy and driving commercial performance across web and app platforms. You will lead the optimization of online sales, conversion, customer experience and digital merchandising.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, CLM, Digital Growth and Technology to execute data-driven trading plans, campaigns and optimisation initiatives, using customer insights and analytics to grow revenue and engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience operating an ecommerce business and managing digital marketing channels.
• Strong proficiency in analyzing data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Ecommerce Trading & Performance: drive digital sales, monitor metrics, and identify opportunities.
• Campaign Execution: coordinate ecommerce campaigns and major moments; measure performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: build relationships with Product, Marketing, CLM, Technology and Digital teams.
