EssilorLuxottica North Sydney head office seeks an experienced Sales Support Manager to partner with the VP of Sales for Sunglass Hut & Oakley, driving sales growth, operational excellence and strategic initiatives across the retail network.

This hands-on role emphasizes strategy, performance activation and shaping a high-performing field culture, connecting field teams with corporate functions to deliver commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in retail, FMCG or multi-site environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing and interpreting P&L performance.
• Proven ability to lead change and deliver business improvement initiatives.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching and relationship-building capability.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

We're looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Support Manager to partner with the Vice President of Sales for Sunglass Hut & Oakley, supporting sales growth, operational excellence and strategic business initiatives across our retail network.

This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on strategy, performance activation and field culture. You’ll play an important role in turning commercial strategy into action, supporting field performance and helping build a positive, high-performing team culture.

Based at our North Sydney Head Office, this highly visible role sits at the centre of the business, connecting field teams with corporate functions to drive performance, improve customer experiences and deliver meaningful commercial outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

• Partners with the Vice President of Sales to develop and translate the sales strategy into clear priorities, initiatives and execution plans for the field
• Lead strategic projects that improve retail performance and customer experience
• Analyse sales and operational data to identify opportunities and drive action
• Translate frontline insights into business-wide strategies and solutions
• Work closely with Marketing, Finance, HR and Merchandising to align priorities
• Identify and remove operational inefficiencies across the store network
• Scale proven best practices to drive consistent performance nationally
• Support and influence field leadership teams to achieve business goals

About You
