Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in eCommerce trading, operations or management.
• Strong Shopify experience or experience with a comparable platform.
• Commercial mindset and understanding drivers of online revenue and profitability.
• Experience managing product catalogs, merchandising, customer service and CRM.
• Confidence using data to identify opportunities and make decisions.
• Experience managing internal teams, outsourced resources or external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation and commercial performance of multiple eCommerce stores.
• Own the online trading calendar across product launches, campaigns and key retail moments.
• Oversee product uploads, catalogue management, pricing, merchandising and website presentation.
• Manage customer service performance, including internal or outsourced support resources.
• Coordinate CRM and retention activity, including email, SMS and lifecycle campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, gross profit, conversion, AOV and repeat purchases.
• Monitor eCommerce performance and translate reporting into actionable insights.
• Coordinate website improvements, digital marketing and external partners.
• Collaborate with production, creative, warehousing and logistics to deliver campaigns.
