Job summary

Searchability® is seeking a Performance Media Specialist in Sydney to own paid search and shopping campaigns at scale. You will lead strategy, budgets, optimization and performance, influencing traffic, revenue and growth across high‑volume campaigns.

You’ll work closely with the wider eCommerce and marketing teams to translate commercial priorities into high‑performing paid media initiatives, using data to drive insights and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of paid media experience.
• Hands-on paid search campaign management.
• Strong eCommerce experience is advantageous.
• Experience with Google Ads, Merchant Center and product feeds.
