Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end trade performance of the online store, including revenue, conversion, AOV and margin.
• Run the weekly trade cadence and translate data into onsite actions.
• Own annual and rolling trading and promotional calendar.
• Lead growth of third-party marketplaces (incl. Amazon).
• Lead, coach and manage a team across trading, merchandising, CRO, search and content.
• Monitor daily site performance and coordinate fixes with dev teams.
