Job summary

T2 Tea is seeking a hands-on Head of Trade to own the online business performance across global websites and third-party marketplaces. You will translate trading data into onsite actions, lead a team across trading, merchandising, CRO, search and content, and partner with Buying, Marketing, Creative and Development to land campaigns on time and on brief.

You’ll combine commercial leadership with hands-on execution, manage weekly trade cadences, and drive revenue, margin and customer experience

Qualifications

• 4+ years ecommerce experience with direct accountability for onsite trading, revenue and commercial performance in retail or consumer goods.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable onsite strategies and campaign activations.
• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching teams in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Owning and growing the end-to-end trade performance of the online store across revenue, conversion, AOV and margin.
• Running the weekly trade cadence and translating data into onsite actions and priorities.
• Owning the annual and rolling trading and promotional calendar aligned with key moments.
• Leading marketplace channel performance including Amazon, with targets for revenue and margin.
• Mentoring and managing a team across trading, merchandising, CRO, search and content.
• Overseeing daily site performance monitoring and issue triage with development teams.
