Job summary

Amart Furniture is seeking a Digital Experience Manager to lead how customers experience our online store within the CRM & Ecommerce team.

This hands-on role blends UX/UI, ecommerce and optimisation to boost conversion and revenue, partnering with Online Trading, Development, Email Marketing, Graphic Design and Paid teams.

You will translate customer data into intuitive UI, design end-to-end experiences, use analytics, and help maintain our design system and personalisation-ready components.

Qualifications

• 3 years in a UX/UI, digital product, or CRO/ecommerce role.
• Experience with Salesforce, Fullstory, Constructor, Optimizely, GA.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and AI search dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance of key website journeys to lift conversion, engagement and revenue.
• Translate customer segments into clear UI patterns across the site.
• Partner with SEO and content teams to optimise pages for search and discovery.
• Use data from GA4, Fullstory to identify friction and prioritise opportunities.
• Design end-to-end experiences: flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Plan, run, and synthesize customer insights to inform design and tests.
• Contribute to and maintain design system with personalisation-ready components.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Present work to stakeholders, linking design decisions to commercial outcomes.
