Job summary

Camile & Stone Jewellery in Melbourne is seeking an enthusiastic Ecommerce Customer Service Administrator. The role handles customer leads, proposals and quotes across email, web and CRM, and supports franchisees and customers to deliver service excellence.

You will manage orders, pricing research, stock levels, and data entry across online and showroom channels, while coordinating with warehousing for dispatch and seasonal peaks. Previous e-commerce customer service is desirable.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years e-commerce-based customer service experience.
• Excellent computer literacy with MS Office and ability to learn new systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication and attention to detail.
• Well-organised, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Working with Children Check is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer incoming leads, proposals, quotes and won jobs via email, websites, CRM and phone.
• Sales administration across online and showroom channels including stock photos and specs.
• Support community partners and direct sales enquiries for Enable’s initiatives.
• Handle orders, payments, returns and data collection for reporting.
• Utilise ERP/CRM/PS system to record and follow up for service excellence.
• Coordinate with warehousing for pick/pack/dispatch and seasonal peaks.
