Job summary

Bassike is seeking a Customer Care & eCommerce Assistant to manage customer enquiries, support online operations, and assist with fulfilment and logistics coordination. You will work with ecommerce, marketing, warehouse, buying, planning, and production teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Experience with Shopify and AP21 is preferred. The role reports to the E-Commerce Manager and involves monitoring customer feedback and performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify and online store management.
• AP21 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium customer care across all touchpoints, resolving enquiries and returns with a solutions-focused approach.
• Coordinate online orders and fulfilment with warehouse, logistics, stores and couriers.
• Support the day-to-day running of Bassike websites, including merchandising and product updates.
• Monitor customer care and ecommerce performance, reporting trends and feedback for improvements.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Marketing, Buying & Planning, Finance, Warehouse and Logistics teams to support launches and promotions.
