Job summary

Henry Bucks is seeking an enthusiastic eCommerce Coordinator to join our Melbourne team. Based between Cheltenham and the CBD, you will manage content updates, product uploads, SEO-friendly descriptions, and email campaigns, working with merchandising, marketing and external partners.

You’ll drive on-site optimisation, support dropship channels, and build Canva assets for digital assets across the site, social, and EDMs, while maintaining data accuracy and timely product launches.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an ecommerce retail environment (essential).
  • Proficiency with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms (essential).
  • Shopify experience (essential).
  • Understanding of dropship processes (preferred).
  • Experience with Apparel21 (preferred, not essential).
  • Working knowledge of Canva (preferred, not essential).
  • Prior experience in menswear (preferred, not essential).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Online content updates for new season launches, promotions, and sales campaigns.
  • Upload new products with SEO-optimised descriptions and accurate product details.
  • Coordinate in-season photography with Merchandising/VM teams.
  • Source imagery and descriptions from suppliers to reduce internal production needs.
  • Manage the sample process for online photoshoots and timely uploads.
  • Generate barcodes for samples used in photoshoots.
  • Maintain accurate product data across all online platforms.
  • Liaise with webmaster and external agencies on homepage updates.
  • Conduct regular website audits to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Manage product listings across dropship channels (Myer, The Iconic, Amazon, David Jones).
  • Ensure Shopify uploads are well categorised and tagged.
  • Optimise on-page SEO with keywords, meta tags, and collection content.
  • Build, proof, and schedule email campaigns using Klaviyo.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies in Klaviyo.
  • Build and optimise automated email flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back).
  • Use data-driven insights to influence digital decisions.
  • Merchandise the site to highlight top-sellers and in-stock items.
  • Create Canva assets for website, social, and EDMs in line with brand guidelines.
  • Daily social media activity: planning, scheduling, publishing, and engagement.

As we continue to grow our online presence, we're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented eCommerce Coordinator to join our team. This role is full-time, based between our Cheltenham and CBD offices.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail eCommerce environment and is confident working across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for the coordination of content updates, reporting to the Ecommerce Lead, product uploads, email campaigns, and website maintenance, while collaborating with merchandising, marketing, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Online content updates for new season launches, promotions, and sales campaigns.

  • Upload new products to our websites with SEO-optimised descriptions and accurate product details.

  • Liaise with the Merchandise and VM teams to coordinate in-season photography for private labels.

  • Source imagery and descriptions from suppliers to reduce internal production needs.

  • Manage the sample process for online photoshoots, ensuring timely upload upon stock arrival.

  • Generate individual barcodes for samples used in photoshoots.

  • Maintain accurate product data (pricing, sizing, care instructions) across all online platforms.

  • Liaise with the webmaster and external agencies on homepage updates and paid media assets.

  • Conduct regular website audits to ensure accuracy and identify optimisation opportunities.

  • Manage product listings across dropship channels including Myer, The Iconic, Amazon, and David Jones.

  • Ensure all Shopify uploads are well categorised, tagged, and aligned with site structure.

  • Optimise on-page SEO including keywords, meta tags, and collection content.

  • Build, proof, and schedule email campaigns using Klaviyo.

  • Develop customer segmentation strategies in Klaviyo based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement.

  • Build and optimise automated email flows (e.g., welcome, post-purchase, win-back) to nurture leads and retain customers.

  • Use data-driven insights to influence decision making across all digital touchpoints.

  • Merchandise the website to highlight top-selling and in-stock items while removing sold-out products.

  • Create digital assets in Canva for use across the website, social media, and EDMs in line with brand guidelines. Klaviyo campaign setup, testing and scheduling, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.

  • Daily social media activity, including content planning, scheduling, publishing and community engagement.
