Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific Australia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead early phase clinical trials, accountable for scope, time, cost, and quality. You will sponsor the project, align sponsor expectations, and drive cross-functional collaboration to meet deliverables.

The role requires strong organizational, communication and risk-management skills, with adherence to ICH-GCP and regulatory standards in an office/lab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification.
• Minimum of 8+ years' experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' clinical trial experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary sponsor contact for the project, ensuring clear communication with the sponsor.
• Ensure escalation pathways are followed and roles for regional leads are defined.
• Own the overall cross-functional delivery including time, cost, and quality of the project.
• Manage budget, resources, and contract considerations at the project level.
• Identify risks and resolve issues to maintain delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements.
