Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of clinical trials, ensuring quality, compliance with GCP and NHMRC guidelines, and timely execution. You will lead a small team and collaborate with sponsors, CROs and study teams to deliver high-quality results.

The ideal candidate holds tertiary qualifications in health, social or biological sciences and has proven leadership, strong planning, stakeholder management, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualifications in health, social, or biological sciences.
• Knowledge of HREC and RGO processes, GCP, and NHMRC guidelines.
• Experience managing clinical studies, preferably in early-phase research.
• Team management experience in a clinical research setting.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate, and manage clinical trials to meet sponsor and protocol requirements within timelines.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, and ensure achievement of objectives.
• Ensure trial execution aligns with regulations, GCP, and SOPs.
• Facilitate communication between sponsors, CROs, and study teams.
• Define stakeholder responsibilities, study requirements, and key milestones.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a clinical trial team for high performance.
• Provide training and coaching to team members.
