Proclinical in Australia is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of clinical trials, ensuring quality, compliance with GCP/SOPs, and on-time delivery. You will lead a small team, coordinate sponsors, CROs and study teams, and drive trial milestones.

With tertiary health or biological sciences qualification, you will apply strong organizational and communication skills, mentor staff, and continuously improve trial management processes.

• Experience leading clinical trials, preferably in early-phase studies.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and NHMRC frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities.
• Proficient with clinical trial management IT systems and MS Office.

Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to oversee and deliver a portfolio of clinical trials with a focus on quality, compliance, and timely execution. In this role, you will lead a small team, ensuring adherence to protocol requirements, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to foster collaboration among stakeholders and drive successful trial outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage clinical trials to meet sponsor and protocol requirements within agreed timelines.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, and ensure the achievement of project objectives.
• Ensure clinical trial execution aligns with applicable regulations, GCP guidelines, and internal SOPs.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between sponsors, CROs, and study teams.
• Clearly define stakeholder responsibilities, study requirements, and key milestones.
• Support the continuous improvement of clinical trial management processes and tools.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a clinical trial team to achieve high performance.
• Provide training and empower team members to take ownership of their responsibilities.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to ensure successful delivery of outcomes.
• Ensure team compliance with site-specific policies, procedures, and training requirements.
