Qualifications

Minimum 12 years global clinical pharmaceutical industry experience including 8 years demonstrated skills in clinical project management and staff management.
Experience in leading and line managing staff in a global environment.
Experience in managing global drug development programs.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; valid passport.
Ability to drive and hold a valid driver’s license.
Fluent in English; strong communication and collaboration across cultures.

Responsibilities

Oversee departmental project financial performance and ongoing assessment of financial progress for all projects.
Develop, implement and monitor project plans and performance indicators.
Conduct budget reviews and provide financial analysis support as needed.
Review and approve strategy, content and costing of new business proposals.
Identify resource needs and manage resource utilization for projects.
Lead sub-therapeutic groups and manage overall PM direction within that group.
Maintain sponsor relationships and ensure project alignment with sponsor expectations.
Present capabilities and participate in bid presentations.
