Job summary

Fit Kidz Learning Centres in Sydney, NSW, is inviting applications for a Trainee Educator. You will undertake a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care while working full-time alongside experienced educators and teachers.

This traineeship allows you to earn while you learn, gain hands-on experience, and build foundations for a rewarding career in early childhood education. A pathway to further study, including a Diploma or university qualification, is available.

About the Role

About You

You will:

• Be 16 years of age or older (completion of Year 12 is preferred)
• Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Be willing and excited to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to child safety, including upholding Child Safe Standards and reporting obligations
• Maintain safe, respectful, and professional interactions with children at all times
• Have the ability to manage study requirements alongside employment
• Hold or be able to obtain a valid and verified Working with Children Check (if over 18 years of age)
• Provide a minimum of two professional or character references
