Job summary

Fit Kidz Learning Centres is seeking casual Educators to support our teams across our NSW centres. This role offers flexibility for educators who want to make a positive impact on children’s learning, development and wellbeing.

As a Casual Educator, you will support learning, provide high-quality care in a safe environment, promote child-safe practices, and build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues while contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Successful applicants will hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Previous experience working in an early childhood setting is preferred.
• Demonstrate a genuine commitment to child safety and the Child Safe Standards.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Hold current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications and WWCC.

What We’re Looking For

Successful applicants will:

Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Have previous experience working in an early childhood setting

Demonstrate a genuine commitment to child safety and the Child Safe Standards

Have knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Maintain safe, respectful, and professional relationships with children

Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues

Hold current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications

Hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Be available to work across centre operating hours (7:00/7:30am to 6:00/6:30pm)
