Fit Kidz is hiring an Early Childhood Educator for Box Hill (NSW) to support children’s learning, development, safety and inclusion in a nurturing environment, joining a passionate team.

You will collaborate with families and staff, uphold child safety standards, and contribute to sustainable and inclusive learning spaces.

Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, WWCC, First Aid, and provide two professional references.

Qualifications

About the Role

This role carries a high level of responsibility in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of every child.

You will:

• Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environment
• Contribute to a culture of child safety, reflective practice, and continuous improvement
• Work collaboratively with a passionate and professional team
• Engage in meaningful relationships with children, families, and the wider community
• Contribute to sustainable practices and inclusive learning environments

About You

You will:

• Hold a Certificate III, Diploma (not Graduate Diploma) in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to child safety, including upholding Child Safe Standards and reporting obligations
• Maintain safe, respectful, and professional interactions with children at all times
• Have experience working with children aged 0–6 years
• Be an effective communicator with colleagues, children, and families
• Hold (or be willing to obtain) a First Aid qualification
• Hold a valid and verified Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Provide a minimum of two professional references
