Job summary

Fit Kidz in Sydney's NSW seeks a Trainee Educator to support children’s learning in a safe, nurturing environment while working full-time and studying toward a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

You will learn from experienced educators, build positive relationships with children and families, and contribute to inclusive, sustainable learning spaces. This trainee program offers above‑award pay, generous fees discounts, and clear pathways to further study.

Qualifications

• Be 16 years of age or older (completion of Year 12 is preferred)
• Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Be willing and excited to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to child safety, including upholding Child Safe Standards and reporting obligations
• Maintain safe, respectful, and professional interactions with children at all times
• Have the ability to manage study requirements alongside employment
• Hold or be able to obtain a valid and verified Working with Children Check (if over 18 years of age)
• Provide a minimum of two professional or character references
