Job summary

Edge Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our Silkstone centre, in our second kindergarten room for 4-year-olds. This Monday to Friday role offers mentorship and a supportive, collaborative team environment to deliver high-quality education and care.

Newly qualified graduates are welcome, with guidance from our Lead ECT and opportunities to grow your teaching practice within a thriving, child-centered setting in Queensland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• OR Graduate Diploma / Masters of Teaching with a minimum 2–3 years’ Educator/Lead experience in a long day care setting within Australia
• Teachers Registration, mandatory in SA; Mandatory from 1 July 2027 for QLD

Edge Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our centre in our second kindergarten room for 4-year-olds.

This is an excellent opportunity for early childhood professionals – including newly qualified graduates – who are passionate about the early years and eager to work within a supportive, collaborative team environment. You'll work closely with our experienced Lead ECT, receiving mentorship and guidance as you deliver high-quality education and care.

This Monday to Friday role is perfect for newly graduated early childhood teachers looking to develop their skills and grow their career in a nurturing, professional setting. Hours of work will align with the centre’s operating hours and the needs of the teaching program, so flexibility around this is essential.
