Job summary

Explorers Early Learning Frankston North is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to lead the 3 year-old Kindergarten in a Reggio Emilia-inspired program. You will nurture curiosity, growth, and discovery while collaborating with families and the community.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality early learning, supporting educators, and upholding child safety principles within a warm, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education is required.
• Full or provisional VIT registration is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Early Childhood Kindergarten Teacher position.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and Reggio Emilia approach.
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training; Foundations of Child Safety Training.
• Australian working rights and a valid Working with Children Check.

To be successful in this role, you will hold:
