Job summary

Explorers Early Learning is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher for our Frankston North centre. You will lead the 3 year-old Kindergarten program, fostering curiosity and a lifelong love of learning.

With a strong emphasis on child safety and family partnerships, you’ll mentor colleagues and create nurturing, inclusive environments where every child can thrive. Australian working rights and VIT registration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Full or provisional VIT registration is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years in an Early Childhood Kindergarten Teacher role.
• Knowledge of EYLF, NQS and Reggio Emilia approach.
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
• Working rights in Australia and valid Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Reggio Emilia-inspired Kindergarten program for 3 year-olds.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and community.
• Create engaging, nurturing and safe learning environments.
• Mentor and inspire Educators to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Uphold child safety and support positive developmental outcomes.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Hold

• A Bachelor’s or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education
