Explorers Early Learning Frankston North is seeking a Lead Educator to inspire a love of learning through our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum. You’ll lead your room with confidence, create warm, engaging environments, and support your team to deliver exceptional experiences where children feel safe and curious.

As a Lead Educator you will guide practice, build strong connections with children and families, celebrate milestones, and foster wonder in a nurturing space that encourages creativity

Qualifikationen

• ACECQA-approved qualification (Diploma or higher).
• Passion for working with Children under 3 years old.
• Strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing.
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Working with Children Check, Mandatory Reporting & National Child Safety Training completion.
• Australian working rights.
