Job summary

Explorers Early Learning Frankston North is seeking a Lead Educator to inspire a love of learning through our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum. You will lead your room with confidence, create warm and engaging environments, and support your team to deliver exceptional early learning experiences where children feel safe, supported, and curious.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved qualification (Diploma or higher) required.
• Passion for working with Children under 3 years old.
• Strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing.
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications required.
• Working with Children Check, Mandatory Reporting & National Child Safety Training completion required.
