Job summary

Explorers Early Learning is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to lead the 4-year-old kindergarten program in our Wallan centre. You will deliver a Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum and create engaging learning experiences that support children’s development, confidence, independence and school transition.

You will build strong relationships with families and the local community, while mentoring Educators and championing child safety in a thriving, play-based learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• A minimum of 3 years in an Early Childhood Kindergarten Teacher position.
• Full or provisional VIT registration.
• Love for children and commitment to child safety.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and the Reggio Emilia approach.
• Completion of First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
• National Child Safety Training (Foundations of Child Safety Training).
• Australian working rights and a valid Working with Children Check.
