Job summary

Active Kids Group is seeking an Early Childhood Leader to help shape centre culture across Mascot, Homebush and Vaucluse Cottage. You’ll lead and support teams of educators, coach on high-quality learning programs and build strong relationships with families and the community.

You will oversee compliance with the National Quality Framework, WHS and operations, while supported by a collaborative leadership team and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Early Childhood Education is required.
• Current First Aid, Child Protection, Food Safety qualifications, and WWCC are required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support your team of educators.
• Coach educators to deliver engaging, high-quality learning programs.
• Support the Coordinator with day-to-day centre operations.
• Build strong, positive relationships with families and the local community.
• Oversee compliance, staffing, administration and budgets.
