Job summary

Kiko Talent partners with an established early learning provider to recruit an experienced Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager near Taree, NSW. You will lead a dedicated team, nurture strong relationships with families, and ensure high-quality education in a supportive environment that values professional development.

You will collaborate with an experienced leadership team, drive program quality, uphold safety and regulatory standards, and help grow leaders across the centre.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA‑approved equivalent.
• Previous leadership experience within an early learning environment.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and regulatory requirements.

About the Role

As a Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting the successful operation of the centre and creating an environment where children, families and educators feel valued.

Depending on your level of experience, you'll be involved in:

• Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of educators
• Building strong relationships with children, families and the local community
• Supporting the delivery of a high-quality educational program
• Maintaining high standards of compliance, safety and quality
• Supporting staff performance, development and wellbeing
• Contributing to centre operations and day-to-day decision making

About You

We're looking for an early childhood professional who is passionate about leadership and creating positive outcomes for children, families and educators.

You’ll ideally have:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Previous leadership experience within an early learning environment
• Experience as a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager, Educational Leader or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
