Job summary

Lidcombe Early Learning Centre Pty Ltd in Sydney’s Lidcombe area is seeking a Preschool Room Leader to guide the day-to-day educational program and lead the teaching team.

You will use EYLF principles, plan observations, and collaborate with families to support children's learning, development and wellbeing in a high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Previous Room Leader or leadership experience in an early childhood setting.
• Demonstrated experience with Assessment and Rating (A&R).
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and National Quality Framework.
• Experience with programming.
• Confident and experienced leader who can guide and motivate a team.
• Passionate about children's learning, development and wellbeing.
• Strong in curriculum planning, assessment and documentation.
• Excellent communicator who builds strong relationships with children, families and educators.
