Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Gladstone, QLD is hiring an Educator to support learning programs under Senior Educators and the Educational Leader. You will help craft engaging, inclusive activities and foster a safe environment where children feel valued and supported.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent), have current QLD Working with Children Check, and are committed to ongoing professional development and safe practices.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (Geccko platform).

Responsibilities

• Support learning programs with Senior Educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education.
• Contribute to safe, inclusive learning environments where every child can thrive.
• Engage with families to support children's development and wellbeing.

You’ll need:
