Mayfield Early Education Gordonvale seeks an enthusiastic Educator to support young children in a warm, home-like setting. You will help children grow, explore, and form trusting relationships with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Blue Card and relevant training (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF.

Responsibilities

• Support children’s curiosity, creativity, and confidence through engaging, play-based learning.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of passionate educators.
• Build positive, trusting partnerships with families and the local community.
• Bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to daily programs that make learning magical.
• Champion inclusion and ensure every child feels seen, heard, and valued.
• Availability to work 6:00am - 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Your Role

As an Educator at Mayfield, you’ll play an important part in creating a safe, stimulating environment where children can grow, discover, and shine. You’ll:
