Job summary

Mayfield Early Education Kilmore is seeking a passionate and empathetic Permanent Part-time Educator to guide our team and nurture a warm, home-like environment where every child feels safe, valued and inspired to learn.

You will lead with heart, support children’s growth, and collaborate with a caring leadership team. This role requires full Monday to Friday availability and a commitment to safety and quality in early education.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or equivalent in Early Childhood.
• Valid Working with Children Card and current First Aid or CPR.
• Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, EYLF and NQS.
• Willingness to obtain training in child protection, Red Nose and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support children in a warm, home‑like environment.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver quality early education.
• Engage with families and the community to foster a safe learning space.

What We’re Looking for in You

You are a passionate, energetic, and skilled Educator ready to create meaningful experiences for our children and families.Your ability to demonstrate genuine care makes you theperfect fit.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Minimum Cert III or equivalent in Early Childhood.
• Valid Working with Children Card and currentFirst Aid or CPR Certificate.
• Knowledge of Child SafeStandards, EYLF, and NQS.
• Training in childprotection, Red Nose, and food safety (or willingness to obtain).
• A proactive,collaborative spirit with a passion for excellence in early education.
• Full Availability Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm (preferred)
