Job summary

Mayfield Early Education Moorooloolbark is seeking an Assistant Educator to join our vibrant centre on Bathurst Street, Mooroolbark. You will help create a nurturing, secure environment where children thrive and feel valued, working closely with families to support holistic development.

The role requires a Diploma in ECEC (or ACECQA approved equivalent), valid WWCC, and a commitment to ongoing professional development within a modern, welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Diploma in ECEC (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Valid WWCC.
• Child protection / Red Nose / Food Safety training (or willing to obtain).
• Working knowledge of NQF, EYLF & Child Safe Standards.
• Genuine love for working in the Early Childhood industry.

• Provide a comforting and secure presence, making every child feel special and understood.
• Foster a calm, respectful atmosphere where kids can make friends and learn positive social skills.
• Work hand-in-hand with parents to support the whole-child development.
• Team up with fellow educators to build a welcoming community that everyone loves.
