Mayfield Early Education Gordonvale is seeking an Educator who is nurturing and enthusiastic to create safe, stimulating learning experiences for young children in a home-like setting. You’ll work closely with a caring team to support curious learners and build strong partnerships with families and the local community.

With a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, knowledge of EYLF and NQF, and a genuine passion for meaningful learning, you’ll contribute to an inclusive,

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Blue Card and relevant training (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF.
• A genuine passion for creating meaningful learning experiences for young children.
• Collaborative, caring attitude and love for working in a family-like team.

• Support children’s curiosity, creativity, and confidence through engaging, play-based learning.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of passionate educators.
• Build positive, trusting partnerships with families and the local community.
• Bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to daily programs that make learning magical.
• Champion inclusion and ensure every child feels seen, heard, and valued.
• Availability to work 6:00am - 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Your Role

As an Educator at Mayfield, you’ll play an important part in creating a safe, stimulating environment where children can grow, discover, and shine. You’ll:

What You’ll Bring

• A Certificate 111 in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
