Job summary

WeKidz Early Learning Glebe is seeking Early Childhood Educators at Diploma, Certificate III level or traineeship with a passion for nurturing children. You will deliver engaging programs aligned with EYLF, support quality across seven NQF areas, and mentor fellow educators while building strong partnerships with families.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Experience mentoring or supporting other educators preferred
• Ability to build strong partnerships with families while delivering learning experiences

Roles and Responsibilities

Trainees

• Learn on the job while studying towards your Certificate III
• Work under the guidance of experienced educators
• Support children’s play, learning, and care routines
• Be open to feedback, training, and continuous growth
• Bring enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
