Job summary

WeKidz Early Learning Glebe is seeking Early Childhood Educators at Diploma, Certificate III level or traineeship with a passion for nurturing children. You will deliver engaging programs aligned with EYLF, support quality across seven NQF areas, and mentor fellow educators while building strong partnerships with families.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Experience mentoring or supporting other educators preferred
• Ability to build strong partnerships with families while delivering learning experiences
• Commitment to inclusive, safe, and nurturing environments for children

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement engaging educational programs aligned with EYLF
• Ensure compliance with NQF and contribute to quality improvement
• Mentor and support other educators
• Build strong partnerships with families
• Contribute to the smooth running of the room and wider centre
• Assist in creating safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environments
• Support children’s daily routines, learning experiences, and wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver high-quality care
• Contribute to documentation and observations of children’s learning
• Apply EYLF and NQF knowledge to practice
