Job summary

Whiz Kidz Northmead Prep is looking for a passionate and dedicated Certificate III Educator to join our team on a full-time, 38 hours per week, between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday basis.

Whiz Kidz Northmead Prep is a unique service dedicated to 4-year-old children and school readiness. Our program blends play-based learning with intentional, structured experiences designed to build children's confidence, independence, resilience and love of learning as they prepare for Big School.

Qualifications

• Holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Experience in a 3–5 year old setting.
• Commitment to child safety and inclusive practice.

Responsibilities

• Build warm, secure and meaningful relationships with children and families.
• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through engaging experiences.
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program.

About the Role

As a Certificate III Educator, you will:

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Has experience working in an early childhood setting with 3-5 year old children

• Has a positive, reliable and team-focused approach

• Builds strong relationships with children, families and colleagues

• Is passionate about school readiness and helping children develop independence and confidence

• Has a sound understanding of the EYLF and the National Quality Framework

• Is committed to child safety and creating a safe and inclusive environment
