The Grove Academy Aberglasslyn is seeking a Room Leader to guide a dedicated team of educators in delivering nurturing, milestone-aligned learning experiences for children. You will mentor staff, foster strong relationships with families, and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment daily.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, have proven leadership in a room, and demonstrate knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and child development. WWCC clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• Proven experience leading a room and mentoring educators.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and child development.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and love for creating memorable experiences.
• Strong understanding of child protection responsibilities and mandatory reporting.
• Completed the Foundations of Child Safety training or willingness to complete before commencement.
• Possess WWCC (Working with Children Check).
